For payoff information, contact Banner Bank Mortgage Customer Service at 800-272-9933 (ext. 75031) or 509-524-5068 (direct) between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT weekdays. You can also email mortgagecustomerservice@bannerbank.com. For payoff payments, include your loan number and mail to: Banner Bank, PO Box 1117, Walla Walla, WA 99362. You can also make payments online through Banner Online Banking or set up automatic payments by completing the Auto Pay form available on their website.
