When you submit a rate-check request, newsletter signup, or other form, we collect the information you enter, such as your email address and any contact details or message you choose to provide. A submission may also include the page and form it came from. We use this information to respond to your request, provide the updates you requested, and operate our services.

Form submissions are processed through our shared service at KrasaDev.com. Embedded forms and newsletters may also be processed by Tally or beehiiv, where those services appear on the site. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or mortgage documents through our forms. Request an official payoff statement directly from your lender through its secure channels.

Website analytics and technical information

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics and hosting services may process information such as pages visited, device and browser information, referral sources, approximate location, and IP addresses. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to measure visits and interactions. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also processes technical information to deliver and secure the website.

Advertising

We work with Journey by Mediavine to support this site through advertising. When ads are enabled, Mediavine and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, including interest-based advertising.
