Important Tax Information: Your 2024 IRA tax forms and annual notices will be included with your January 2025 billing statement, mailed no later than January 31st, 2025. If you are enrolled in paperless statements, these will be available at www.rate.com/fm by signing in and selecting Account Management > Document Center.

Please note: If your loan servicing was transferred in 2024, you may receive multiple 1098 tax forms, one from each mortgage servicer.
