For payoff information, contact Customer Experience at 855-223-0740 during business hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm ET, Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm ET. You can also access your mortgage account and request a payoff statement through their online payment portal.

To access your account, we need some information:
- Press 1 to enter your loan number
- Press 2 to enter your social security number
Important Tax Information: Your 2024 IRA tax forms and annual notices will be:
- Included with your billing statement (mailed by January 31st, 2025)
- Available online at www.nmbnow.com if enrolled in paperless statements
- Sign in and select Account Management > Document Center
Note: If your loan servicing was transferred in 2024, you may receive multiple 1098 tax forms from each mortgage servicer.
