Third parties can submit payoff requests online via the Ruoff Servicing Division portal at https://ruoff.servicingdivision.com/ThirdPartyPayoff. Homeowners can log in to the servicing portal and use the Payoff Request option under Loan Information. You can also call the Servicing Division at 855-421-6519 (Mon\u2013Fri, 8:30 AM \u2013 8:00 PM ET) or email loancare@ruoff.com. Payoff statements are typically emailed or mailed within about 7 business days.
